RETURN & REFUND POLICY – KATHAN NEPAL

All returned items are inspected by our team.
Refunds or exchanges are approved only if items are unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging.
Worn, damaged, altered, or used items will be rejected.
Returns or exchanges require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We offer a 7-day return or exchange period from the delivery date for eligible products.
The first return or exchange per order is free. Additional returns may include delivery charges.

Items must be in saleable condition, without scratches, damage, or any signs of use.
Perfume returns are accepted only if the item is sealed and unused.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials (flammable liquids, gases)
  • Sale items and gift cards
  • Lingerie and all types of intimate and inner-wear garments

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are allowed only for wrong size or wrong product.
Returns are not accepted for change of mind.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges.

REFUNDS

Refunds are processed after inspection and approval within 10 business days.
Transaction fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact support.

OTHER IMPORTANT POINTS

Kathan Nepal reserves the right to refuse any return or refund that does not meet the above conditions.

Only unused items with original packaging are eligible.
Returns are accepted only if the item is defective or a wrong product was delivered.
